Period of the survey – April–May 2000. 301 managers of Belarusian small enterprises were interviewed.

Purpose of the survey – collection of primary information about small business development in the country and analysis of the quantitative characteristics of SMEs, institutional environment, and access to financial sources for small enterprises.
