Belarus Infrastructure Monitoring 2008 (PDF/2351Kb) [12/06/2008]
The fifth issue of Monitoring presents information on the restructuring of railway, road, telecommunication, gas and electricity sectors in 2007. The issue includes detailed review of the reforms in each of the five infrastructure sectors, supplemented by their numerical evaluation. Appendices summarize the evaluation in tabular form and provide methodological explanations and detailed comments for each indicator. Besides, the issue provides the analysis of quasi fiscal activity in the energy sector of Belarus.
