Belarus Infrastructure Monitoring 2006 (PDF/354Kb) [26/06/2006]
This report presents information on the restructuring of five infrastructure sectors of the Belarusian economy: telecommunication, railways, roads, gas and power. It also provides arguments for establishing independent regulatory bodies within the different infrastructure sectors, which are followed by the detailed review of the reforms in each of the five sectors. Appendixes contain description of the methodology and quantitative estimates of reform indexes in infrastructure with relative comments.
